How do I become an authorized retailer of February dresses?

In what sizes are February dresses available?
February bridal dresses are available in adjustable one size fits all (with adjustable ribbons), standard UK sizes ranging from UK4 to UK30, and custom sizes tailored to your measurements.
Is there a minimum quantity required for initial orders?
We value the trust and satisfaction in the quality and service of February dresses and understand the importance of first-hand experience with our products. Therefore, we do not require a minimum order quantity for your initial purchase. This approach helps to protect new retailers by minimizing risk and allowing for a personal inspection of our exceptional craftsmanship before committing to larger orders.
What is the policy for returns and exchanges?
Ready to wear wedding dresses can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Lace fabric and accessory items are eligible for exchange only within the same 14-day period; refunds for these items are not available. Please note, exchanges are only possible if the items are unworn, with tags attached, and free from any odour or damage. We are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been altered, customized, or for any storage containers you may have purchased. For hygiene reasons, exchanges on earrings are not accepted.
What is the policy for returns and exchanges?
All February Bridals are hand made in our studio and it normally take 5-8 weeks to finish. If you need urgent orders, please enquiry contact@februarybridal.co.uk.
What are the delivery times for orders?
When it dispatched, our delivery partner Evri can deliver within 3-5 working days to UK Mainland. Next day service is optional if the parcel can be dispatched before 3pm.
